This is the update that I managed to get from Honiara....
Real Kakamora drew 2-all against a 10-man Isabel Frigates after Nelson Sale was red carded for dirty play. Then it lost to Temotu Arrows on SAturday 1 - nil in the last 15 minute of extra time.
This afternoon, Real Kakamora beat Western Turtles 4 - 2; and Honiara just edged out Temotu Arrow in the second extra 15 minutes after both teams drew 1-all till full time. There were no scores in the first 15 minutes until the 2nd when a fumble by the Arrows keeper enabled Mahlon Houkarawa to head home the winning goal.
So it is congratulations to Honiara for winning the Solomon Cup...
